Two GVMC men caught taking bribe

HYDERABAD: The regional fire officer and district fire officer of the fire prevention wing in the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation were caught by the AntiCorruption Bureau sleuths while taking bribe.
DFO B Ammi Naidu took a bribe of Rs 15,000 from a person on the directions of the regional fire officer N Mohan Rao, at their office on Saturday when they were caught, a release said.Mohan Rao demanded the amount to allow the complainant to continue his fire cracker business without any hindrance and not to take any action on the notice issued to him.
