Police confirmed that 6 people have been killed while 34 have been injured till now in clashes in the area.
Muzaffarnagar: In two separate incidents of violence, one photographer and one freelance journalist were killed while they were covering the clashes between two groups in Muzzafarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh.
The freelance journalist identified as Rajesh Verma, was shot dead while he was covering the clashes in the PS Kotwali area of the district.
In another incident, a photographer was beaten to death in the Thana Sikhera area.
Police have confirmed that six people have been killed while 34 have been injured till now in clashes in the area.
