New Delhi: The Hindi film industry and the regional film industries share a certain type of bonding when it comes to ideas. Recent trends suggest that the southern film industries have an upper hand in providing ideas but the Bollywood is trying hard to match its southern counterparts.
'Osthe', the official Tamil remake of Salman Khan starrer 'Dabangg' was in news since some months and now the makers have released the initial teaser of the film.
'Osthe' features the young sensation STR and Richa Gangopadhyay in the lead while Mallika Sherawat is expected to sizzle in the Tamil version of 'Munni Badnam'.
The trailer shows typical south India style camerawork and slick editing. STR is definitely no Salman but his screen presence coupled with polished cinematography adds charm to the trailer.
