A video of a young man tossing cash into the air in the middle of a road in Hyderabad’s Kukatpally area sparked an outrage on the internet. The video in question showed content creator Power Harsha alias Mahadev, known online as “its_me_power” standing amid moving traffic and throwing a handful of notes into the air. People get out of their vehicles to collect money strewn on the road. One video showed him tossing cash into the air while riding pillion on a motorcycle.

The stunt, said to have been performed to gain traction on social media, drew flak on the internet with people demanding strict action against the YouTuber and Instagrammer. Some people raised concerns about the potential accidents the stunt could have caused due to the sudden rush to grab the money on a busy road.
In the video, the YouTuber expressed his intentions to continue such stunts and encouraged viewers to join his Telegram channel, where he promised rewards to those who could accurately guess the amount of money he would throw in future videos.
“All that you need to do is to join my telegram channel. The link is in my bio. Many of you know that I have earned a lot of money. You can earn too. Meet me on Telegram channel,” he is heard saying in the video.
