Kangana Ranaut pulled out all the stops to look strikingly glamorous in a bright yellow bustier top and and a short flared skirt.  The pink pair of heels added that pop of colour to the whole look. She looked outright perky and we swooned over her as soon as we saw her  in it at Mukesh Chhabra's birthday bash.
