In one of the fitness enthusiast's Instagram videos, he can be seen doing pushups in a boat sailing down the Brahmaputra River.

Milind Soman, an actor-model, is a fitness lover and an inspiration to many. The majority of his Instagram posts feature him working out. He prefers to burn those calories in an outdoor location rather than in an enclosed area like the gym, and one of his favourite exercises is push-ups. Milind does not require any time or a suitable location to perform push-ups. He just starts whenever and wherever he desires.

In one of the fitness enthusiast’s Instagram videos, he can be seen doing pushups in a boat sailing down the Brahmaputra River. Even at the age of 56, Milind completed all 30 pushups in one go. He captioned the video, “What a motivational view! Nothing more spiritually powerful than a river or a mountain whatever the distraction around, in front or Behind!!”

Push-ups are a simple exercise that basically benefits your upper arms and chest, but when done correctly, they activate muscles all over your body. You can engage all your muscles by using variations such as Wide Hands Push-Up, Triangle Push-Up, Inverted Push-Up, and so on. It comes with health benefits such as burning calories, preventing shoulder and lower back problems, improving posture, increasing agility, and enhancing performance in athletic activities.

Meanwhile, there are many pictures and videos on Milind’s Instagram account that encourage us to start practicing push-ups. Another video shows him putting his strength to the test with the assistance of her wife, Ankita Konwar. When he was in Gujarat with his wife, he did not neglect to prioritise health. Milind shows off his amazing arm strength in this video while Ankita sits on top of him.

Milind also contemplates running long distances and practicing pull-ups to keep his physique in shape. You wouldn’t believe he ran 110 kilometres last year. Posting a video about this, he wrote, “8th year of this crazy run! But this is our way to end the old year and bring in the new one, with a reaffirmation of our strength and a pledge to keep it that way.”

Not only Milind, but even his 80-year-old mother Usha Soman stays fit and healthy by adhering to a daily fitness routine. She enjoys trekking and skipping.
