In the recent past, fitness trainer Namrata Purohit dropped a video of Sara Ali Khan showcasing her newest Pilates movement. In the video, Sara Ali Khan was seen sporting a white sports bralette and green cycling shorts, as she demonstrated her strength and balance on both the Cadillac machine and the ladder barrel.

On the Cadillac machine, Sara showcased her core strength by executing inverted crunches while suspended upside down with her knees secured to the trapezes. This exercise not only displayed her agility but also highlighted her focus on core engagement. Transitioning to the ladder barrel, Sara targeted her oblique muscles.
