Ankita Lokhande dominated the headlines during her stint on the reality show Bigg Boss 17. She was one of the finalists and was often under the radar for her strategy in the game. The actress participated in the show with her husband, Vicky Jain, and their personal issues were one of the major highlights of this season. During one of the episodes, Ankita even got a pregnancy scare. While her test results came negative then, the couple recently spoke about their plan to have kids.
Speaking to the Hindustan Times about whether they want to have kids, Vicky Jain said, “Yes, we have given that a thought.” Ankita added, “Abhi toh hum khud bacche hain (We are still kids).”
She added, “Jo bhi jhagde huye, usme bhi pyaar hi tha (There was love in the fights that we were having). We were fighting for love. That love never went away. It’s okay if people don’t see that, we do, it’s our bond. We know how connected we are. Hamara pyaar aur relationship hai aur rahega (Our love and relationship is there and will be there). But how much words matter, that I have understood now, they need to be used wisely.”
The couple faced a lot of backlash on social media after they had several ugly fights on the show. In an exclusive interview with News18 Showsha, Ankita Lokhande said, “Once I came out, there was media, questions. There was a pressure. Nobody is putting that pressure on you but you feel pressured. People are judging your relationship. We know what kind of relationship we share. We know our bond very well. There (Bigg Boss 17 house) I said certain things, he (Vicky Jain) said certain things. I don’t want people to judge us on that because I am not judging any relationship.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Ankita will soon be seen in Randeep Hooda’s Swatantra Veer Savarkar.
