Anushka Sharma stepped out for a dinner date with cricketer-husband Virat Kohli, days after the latter’s IPL team Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s (RCB) heartbreaking exit from the IPL 2024. The couple was joined by their close friends Zaheer Khan and wife Sagarika Ghatge.
In a video, shared by Bollywood paparazzo Manav Manglani, Anushka can be seen stepping out of a restaurant in Bandra, along with Virat and a bunch of their friends. While she avoided posing for the paps, she looked chic in a white shirt and jeans. Virat, on the other, kept it casual in black shirt and beige pants.
Anushka Sharma is Virat Kohli’s biggest cheerleader. She attends almost all his matches and has been a constant support from him during the Indian Premiere League 2024 too. Last week, a photo of a visibly upset Anushka from the Eliminator match between RCB and RR went viral on the internet.
Earlier this month, Anushka Sharma made her first public appearance since welcoming her son, Akaay, with Virat Kohli. RCB star Faf du Plessis shared a photo of Anushka celebrating her birthday with him and Virat Kohli. The actress turned 36 on May 1 and hosted a small gathering in Bengaluru.
Anushka and Virat announced the arrival of their second child in February this year. Back then, they issued a statement which read, “With abundant happiness and our hearts full of love, we are pleased to inform everyone that on February 15, we welcomed our baby boy Akaay and Vamika’s little brother into this world!”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Anushka Sharma will next be seen in Chakda Xpress. It is a biopic on the life of cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The movie also marks her comeback to film after almost 4 years. She was last seen in Zero with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. The upcoming sports drama will be released on Netflix.
