It seems like Diljit Dosanjh is preparing for another international collaboration thanks to Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. If reports are to be believed, Diljit is collborating with Pitbull for a new song in the Kartik Aaryan starrer. The song is a cross-culture track and will be composed by Tanishk Bagchi. The song falls under the South African music genre Amapiano.
Mid-Day quoted Pitbull confirming the collaboration. “Music has no borders, and this track is proof of that. Teaming up with Tanishk and Diljit for this project was fire. I can’t wait to see the response from India—let’s make history!” he said.
This is not the first time that Pitbull is collaborating with an Indian artist. Five year ago, Pitbull collaborated with Guru Randhawa on the song, Slowly Slowly. The song, a T-series release, was a massive hit. Meanwhile, Diljit has been a part of several hit tracks this year. From starring and singing Naina for Crew to lending his voice for Prabhas’ Bhairava Anthem in Kalki 2898 AD, and more recently, singing a song for Jigra, Diljit seems to be in massive demand this year.
As for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, the film is slated to release this Diwali. The film stars Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit in the lead. The film clashes with Singham Again. At the IFP, Kartik opened up about the clash. “Do filmein aaram se chal sakti hai. Singham Again action genre hai, humara horror comedy genre hai. As a moviegoer main agar baat karun, toh it’s a festival for all of us. Humare pass do option hai jo bohot rare ho raha hai aaj kal,” he said.
The actor also spoke about how the audience has been waiting with bated breath for both the movies. He mentioned how he is also a fan of the Singham franchise and he would be watching Sinhgam Again as well. Aaryan continued, “Mujhe unki bhi film pasand hai, main unki bhi film dekhne jaunga. I hope aap humari bhi film dekhne jaaye. Do filmein chalne ka bohot scope hai, so I don’t think it’s a versus between both the films.”
