Bigg Boss 18: First Promo Of Salman Khan Hosted Show With Theme ‘Time Ka Taandav’ Out, Fans React

The much-awaited first promo of Bigg Boss 18, hosted by Salman Khan, has been released. It has sent fans into a frenzy. The popular reality show, which enjoys a massive following, has introduced the theme of ‘Time Ka Taandav’, promising high drama, and suspense.

Colors TV shared the teaser video which begins with Salman Khan announcing, “Bigg Boss dekhenge gharwaloon ka future. Ab hoga time ka taandav” Nothing much has been shared about it. As soon as the teaser was shared, fans reacted. One of the fans wrote, “Promo looks very nostalgic gave me those emotions back when it was 2013/14 and used to come back from school and watch reruns on TV of the show, hope tasks and everything are also from that time period.” Another wrote, “Bhaijaan is back Abhi maza aiga.”

While everyone is eager to know who will be participating in the upcoming season of Bigg Boss, it has now been revealed that Nia Sharma will be the first contestant of Salman Khan’s show. As reported by India Today, Nia has been confirmed as the first contestant of Bigg Boss 18 and she is excited about it.

“Nia was finally ready to get herself locked inside the house and signed the dotted lines a couple of days ago. Along with her, the team is also quite excited about having her on board,” a source cited by the entertainment portal claimed.

While there is no official confirmation of this as of now, if this comes out to be true, it means that Nia might be leaving Laughter Chefs in the coming weeks. Laughter Chefs is a cooking reality show which also features Aly Goni, Rahul Vaidya, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Karan Kundra, Arjun Bijlani, Sudesh Lehri, Reem Sheikh, and Jannat Zubair, Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah as contestants. The show is hosted by Bharti Singh.

Meanwhile, the makers of Bigg Boss 18 have also reportedly approached several other popular names including Zaan Khan, Meera Deosthale, Surbhi Jyoti, Kanika Mann, Shaheer Sheikh, Sameera Reddy, Deepika Arya, Somy Ali, Anjali Anand, Arjun Bijlani and Mansi Srivastava. Stree 2 fame Sunil Kumar is also likely to participate in the upcoming season.

Earlier this month, News18 Showsha also exclusively reported that Dheeraj Dhoopar is also likely to be finalised for Bigg Boss 18. While the actor is interested, financial aspects are being discussed with the makers at the moment. He might also be one of the highest-paid contestants on the show this time.

Adding to the excitement, Abdu Rozik is also expected to join Salman Khan as a co-host for one of the special segments of the reality show. Salman also recently shot for a Bigg Boss 18 promo. The show is likely to premiere on October 5, 2024.
