Nine years later, makers came up with a sequel that will live up to the expectations of the first one and will leave an indelible impression on the minds and hearts of the audience. Demonte Colony 2, helmed by Ajay Gnanamuthu hit the screens on August 15 and as per reports, there might be more sequel in the future. Demonte Colony was a huge hit in both Telugu and Tamil. Now, looks like fans are impressed with the sequel as well. Demonte Colony 2 is headlined by Arulnithi and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead roles, marking their comeback. The film is backed by Gnanamuthu Pattarai & White Nights Entertainment in association with Raaj Varma Entertainment & Sree Balaji Films. The film was reportedly made to uphold and keep the first part’s legacy intact and tie up the loose ends of part 1. In an interview, he may have now hinted towards more sequels in the future. He shared that the Demonte Colony series could expand into a full-fledged franchise, depending upon the success of the part 2.
