Dia Mirza’s Son Avyaan Azaad Says Goodbye To Paps In Adorable Video

Dia Mirza welcomed her first child, son Avyaan Azaad Rekhi, with her husband Vaibhav Rekhi in 2021. The doting mother often shares glimpses with her little munchkin on social media and even takes him along to various outings. Recently, the mother-son duo was spotted at the Mumbai airport, ready to embark on a trip to an undisclosed destination.

For her airport look, Dia opted for a comfortable ash green-coloured upper and lower paired with a simple white T-shirt. She opted for white shoes and tied her hair into a bun. Meanwhile, her son looked cute as a button in a printed shirt paired with a white T-shirt and denim jeans. In a video doing rounds on social media, the little one was seen throwing adorable antics at the airport.

As Dia picked her son in her arms, she asked him to greet the paparazzi and even called them her friends. After posing briefly, the mother-son duo headed inside the airport. As they were entering the gate. Dia’s son waved at the paparazzi and cutely said “Bye” to them.

Previously, Dia shared a clip from her London trip, where she was seen playing with her three-year-old son. The actress beamed with joy with her little bundle of happiness in her arms. For the day, Dia sported a comfy look in a printed shirt and denim jeans paired with brown sneakers while her son was dressed in a printed co-ord set and little black shoes. Sharing the fun video, the actress wrote, “Let go. Play, laugh, be joyful! Our children teach us this everyday. The art to be.”

Meanwhile, the Rehna Hai Terre Dil Mein actress shared a post on her social media handle to commemorate her son’s third birthday. She celebrated the occasion in a grand manner in her garden. Dia, known for her environmental activism, hosted a party upholding the same values. Sharing a few sneak peeks from the birthday party, she wrote, “14th May 2024. Our heartbeat turned 3 yesterday. Avyaan Azaad you have taught us the power of faith, patience, love and gratitude. Bless you, our little master! Thank you for choosing us to be your parents. Thank you for making every day joyful.”

Talking about her personal life, Dia married Vaibhav Rekhi, a businessman and investment banker, in February 2021. The same year, she welcomed her first child. Prior to marrying Rekhi, Dia married Sahil Sangha in 2014. Five years after their marriage, they separated.
