Diljit Dosanjh Reacts To Delhi Police's Warning Against Sale Of Fraudulent Tickets Of Dil-Luminati Concert

Diljit Dosanjh’s much-anticipated Dil-Luminati Tour has sparked nationwide excitement, with fans eagerly awaiting the 10-city extravaganza starting October 26 in Delhi and concluding on December 29 in Guwahati. The tour’s immense popularity has led to tickets selling out within minutes, leaving many fans disappointed. In response to the high demand and potential for counterfeit tickets, Delhi Police have taken to Instagram with a creative post to help combat ticket fraud.

The creative warning by Delhi Police included a video of a concert and Diljit Dosanjh’s popular track Born To Shine. A text overlaying the clip read, “Gaana sunne ke chakkar mein ticket ke liye galat link par paise puse dekar apna band na bajva lena (Don’t end up transferring your money on fradulent links in the excitement to attend the concert.)”

Along with the video, Delhi Police wrote, “Paise Puse Baare Soche Duniya, Alert Rehkar Online Fraud Se Bache Duniya!” taking a reference from the lyrics of the same song.

Given the importance of the warning, Diljit Dosanjh also reposted the same on his Instagram story writing “Delhi Police”.

Meanwhile, Ripple Effect Studios and Saregama India are organising the Dil-Luminati Tour, and tickets for the event sold out within minutes of their release. In response to the overwhelming demand, Diljit Dosanjh shared his gratitude, saying, “I’m honestly overwhelmed. The love, the energy, it’s truly humbling! I’m so grateful to everyone who managed to get a ticket. Trust me, this is going to be an experience like no other,” as quoted by PTI.

Diljit Dosanjh announced his Dil-Luminati India Tour in India earlier this month with a carousel on Instagram. The actor wrote, “DIL-LUMINATI INDIA TOUR Year 24. Find Your Nearest City In The List Bro. AA GEYA DOSANJHANWALA.”

In terms of his acting career, Diljit Dosanjh impressed cinephiles with his nuanced performance in Amar Singh Chamkila. The Imtiaz Ali directorial saw him playing the titular role. Next, he has joined the cast of Border 2 alongside Varun Dhawan and Sunny Deol.
