Disha Patani is one of the fittest actresses in Bollywood. You don’t get to look like her unless you give it some serious effort and dedication. The diva has only taken her fitness level to new heights and never fails to impress her fans. In her recent social media post, Disha shows a glimpse of her favourite go-to exercises. The fitness enthusiast has once again raised the bar by lifting 70 kgs of weights in the gym. She also completes two sets of hip thrust by lifting 30 kgs.
The post left many of her followers amazed and garnered several reactions in the comments space. Disha’s rumoured boyfriend, actor Tiger Shroff’s mother Ayesha was super impressed and commented, “Woah, Deshuu, while Tiger’s sister, who regularly grabs headlines for her social media exchanges with the actress, was also all praise. Elli AvrRam wrote, “Damnnnn Disha!” Dishas sister Khushboo also left a comment saying, “Damn! Burning sensation.”
Disha also celebrated International Women’s Day on March 8. She marked the occasion by sharing an inspiring clip of her workout. She was seen delivering some tornado kicks and performing a high leg kick with her instructor. She nailed the high kick, and swung in the air.
Known for always taking fitness to higher levels, the actress had shared a new video on her Instagram handle. Disha was seen lifting 60 kgs with effortless ease and finesse. Disha has started shooting for her upcoming film titled Ek Villain Returns, co-starring John Abraham. The film is scheduled to hit the marquee on February 11, 2022. The action thriller also features Arjun Kapoor and Tara Sutaria. The first film also directed by Mohit Suri featured Sidharth Malhotra and Shraddha Kapoor in the main roles. Disha will next be seen in Prabhudeva’s action-thriller Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai with Salman Khan. She also has Ekta Kapoor’s KTina in the pipeline.
