Govinda's Wife Sunita Looks Stressed, Tired As Actor Recovers From Accidental Shooting, Video Goes Viral

Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja was spotted a day after the actor shot himself accidentally and she looked distressed. Sunita was seen making her way back to the hospital to be with Govinda. The paparazzi surrounded Sunita’s car and the cameras noticed that she was stressed after the turn of events on Tuesday. Sunita met the media and gave them an update.

“Sir ki tabiyat abhi theek hai, aaj unko normal ward mein admit karenge hum. Kal se bahut behtar hai. Kal ya parso discharge bhi kar denge unko (Govinda is better now. We will shift him to the normal ward today. He is doing better than yesterday and could be discharged in a day or two),” she said. Sunita thanked fans who are praying for Govinda in different cities and religious sites and assured that Govinda will be back on his feet soon.

Meanwhile, it is reported that the Juhu police have questioned Govinda about the accidental shooting. The actor told the Police the revolver was unlocked when he was cleaning it and it misfired. Govinda shared that the revolver was 20 years old. Police sources said that there was prima facie they believe that there is no foul play. However, they are not fully convinced with Govinda’s story. The police might record his statement again soon.

It has also been revealed that Govinda’s daughter Tina Ahuja has also been questioned by the police. Her statement has been recorded as well. Further investigation underway.

On Tuesday, hours after the accidental shooting, Govinda released a voice note in which he assured fans that he was okay. “Namaskar, pranaam, main hoon Govinda, aap sab logon ke aashirwad aur maa-baap ka aashirwad, guru ki kripa ke wajah se goli lagi thi par woh nikaal di gayi hai. Main dhanyavad deta hoon yahan ke doctor ka, aadarniya doctor Agarwal ji ka aur aap sab logon ki prarthana jo hai, aap logon ka dhanyavad, pranaam (I am Govinda. Thanks to your blessings, my parents’ blessings, and the grace of my guru, I was shot, but the bullet has been taken out. I thank the doctors here, especially Dr. Agarwal, and I appreciate all your prayers),” he said.
