Famous Kannada actress Harshika Poonacha has been blessed with a baby girl with her husband and fellow actor Bhuvann Ponnannaa. The celebrity couple tied the knot in 2023. Harshika gave birth to a baby girl at 3 am on September 3, as per reports.
She shared a post about the joyous occasion. Delighted by their daughter’s arrival, both Harshika and Bhuvan’s families expressed their happiness, and the actress posted a heartfelt message to share the news.
“Hi all, Happily announcing the arrival of our “Chaikarthi moodi”. Harshi & the baby are doing fantastic. According to me, she looks exactly like Harshi & according to Harshi, the baby is a copy of me. Let’s see! Thanks for all the wishes & love throughout the journey. Loads of love”, she posted.
Previously, the actress shared exclusive photos from the baby shower ceremony, which was attended by some of the biggest names in Kannada cinema. Harshika took to her official Instagram handle to share the photos from the event, which was hosted by actor Ganesh and his wife Shilpa Ganesh.
The images show the actress posing with all the guests at the party, excited for the arrival of a new family member. The first images capture the wholesome moments between Harshika, her husband, actor Ganesh and his wife Shilpa. The next image shows the expecting couple giving an appreciative, love-filled hug to Ganesh.
Harshika was seen in a pretty light-pink-hued frock ensemble, tailored with cuts on its shoulder. The upper part of the dress was decorated with silver sequins. The actress accessorised the outfit with a breathtaking, delicate necklace while her hair was styled in big waves. The baby shower post was shared with a lengthy caption, where Harshika poured her heart out to Ganesh and Shilpa Ganesh, thanking them for the ceremony.
