The extended trailer of 'Ice Age: Collision Course' has been released after the sneak peak into the what the adventure comedy has in store for the fans.
The fifth installment of the 'Ice Age' movie series brings back Scrat the squirrel, who is still in quest of his favourite acorn. However, it accidentally takes him into space.
After Scrat flies into the ship and gets into space experiencing a series of ridiculous cosmic events which cause some planets to collide and threaten the Ice Age World.
Th new trailer shows Manny the Mammoth, Sid the Sloth and Diego the Tiger getting hit my cosmic radtions and the entire Ice Age World looking for shelter as meteors fall on Earth.
Realising that they have to save themselves from the cosmic threat Sid, Manny, Diego, and the rest of the herd must leave their home and embark on a quest full of comedy and adventure, traveling to exotic new lands and encountering a host of colourful new characters.
Back in November, 20th Century Fox debuted a short film entitled 'Scratastrophe' which also followed the adventure of Scrat in outer space.
The film is expected to release in US on July 22 next year.
