Kavita Kaushik Exposes Trolls with Screenshots of Mean Messages She Received in DMs

Online abuse is one of the most common threats in today’s time and controlling this vile has become important. While some of the celebs choose to ignore the constant online abuse, others engage and expose it at the right time. TV actress Kavita Kaushik chose to call out these trolls for once and all. She took to Twitter to share some mean comments targeted towards her in DMs. She also asked everyone to boldly call them out and expose them.

In one of the screenshots, a troll can be seen asking for forgiveness saying that she is a girl. However, Kavita has retained the screengrabs nevertheless, so that trolls know where to draw the line. She was also asked by a fan to remove it considering that the troll is a minor person.

However, she maintained that if she did not stop them now, they would grow up to harass more girls and if they are not scared today, they would grow up to be more arrogant. She also tagged Saharanpur Police’s official Twitter account saying that she and other celebs have been receiving vile threats and abuses on social media. She requested them to inform the trolls’ parents or else she herself would file an FIR.

This is not for the first time that the celebrities took matters into their own hands. Last year, many of them chose to quit Twitter in order to steer away from the negativity. Some of the celebs had announced their departure from the micro-blogging site owing to the bombarding of hate comments on a constant basis. Some of the celebs even chose to keep their comments section off to keep the trolls at bay. Well, for now, Kavita is in no mood to take it lightly and rightly so. She was last seen as a participant in reality show, Bigg Boss season 14.
