Srishty Rode and Manish Naggdev have called it quits after being engaged for about a year. Until yesterday, fans were speculating that something is not well between the couple as they un-followed each other on social media.
Now confirming the same, Manish opened up about his breakup with Bombay Times. "All I can say is minor disagreements and difference of opinion led to it. We were expecting different things from each other. Around three weeks ago we realised that things are not working out between us as expected. So we discussed the future of our relationship and decided that it was better to part ways," said Manish. However, he says that he has immense love and respect for the actress and he will cherish the time spent with her.
Srishty made headlines for her proximity with fellow contestant Rohit Suchanti. Earlier it was speculated that Rohit is one of the reasons for their break-up.
Quashing all the rumours, Manish clarified that no third person is involved their decision. He said, "Our relationship hasn't ended because of a third party as many seem to have assumed. These are just rumours. There is no other girl or guy involved including Rohit Suchanti."
Srishty and Manish who were in a steady relationship for last three years, got engaged on February 15, 2017. They were supposed to get married towards the end of that year but the wedding got delayed due to their work commitments.
Talking about Srishty's stay in Bigg Boss House and her growing proximities with Rohit, Manish had told TOI, "I am absolutely cool with it. I know Rohit is trying his best but nothing is going to happen because I know Srishty is all mine. She is really clear in her thoughts and knows whom she wants. She knows what she is doing in the house. I have no comments for Rohit. Till the time he is in his limits it is fine but the moment he crosses his limits, I shall not tolerate."
