Hitha Chandrashekar is one of the finest Kannada actresses. She has shown her acting mettle in projects like Penthouse and Kaal Kg Preethi. Recently, Hitha Chandrashekar participated in a talk show hosted by radio personality Rapid Rashmi. In the chat show, Hitha talked about how many of her relatives expect her to embrace parenthood soon. She, however, disagrees with this point and says that the experience of motherhood can be cherished by adopting puppies as well, instead of kids. The Penthouse actress said that she doesn’t want to have children and has discussed this with Kiran when they were friends. Hitha revealed that Kiran also agreed with her on this decision. According to the actress, the environment is not conducive to embracing motherhood and bringing another life into this world.
She is married to actor Kiran Srinivas. Hitha and Kiran shared a great rapport since the time they shared screen for the film Onthara Bannagalu, directed by Sunil Bhimrao. She shared further details about it in an interview with the Times of India. According to Hitha Chandrashekar, her parents were pressuring her to get married and she confided in Kiran. She told the actor that many proposals were being considered for her.
Hitha Chandrashekar said that Kiran encouraged her to not settle for less as she would receive good marriage prospects. She added, “Then I think that he suddenly realised – ‘she should be mine’”, she said, adding: ” I never thought I would go the arranged marriage way. Now, the fact that I am getting married to my friend is great. ”
Hitha and Kiran are enjoying their marital bliss and are a step forward on the professional front as well. Hitha’s upcoming film Do Aur Do Pyaar, directed by Shirsha Guha Thakurta is going to hit the cinemas on April 19. She will play the role of Lata in this film, while Kiran last played the role of Nikhil Pradhan in the hit web series Duranga directed by Goldie Behl. Both seasons of this series are streaming on Zee 5.
