Neena Gupta's Special Anniversary Post For Husband Vivek Mehra: 'Larr Marke Kaat Hi Liye 16 Years'

Neena Gupta is celebrating her 16th wedding anniversary with husband Vivek Mehra. The Badhaai Ho star shared an adorable picture on Instagram, adding a fun twist to her caption as she sent her lovely wishes. “Larr marke kaat hi liye 16 years. Happy Anniversary @aslivivekmehra,” Neena wrote on the social media platform.

The picture shows the couple on their French holiday. While Neena looks as youthful as ever in a strappy green dress paired with white shoes, Vivek Mehra is also dressed in a casual shirt with blue shorts. The large-sized flower in the background accentuates their picture even more.

Neena Gupta’s friends and fans showered the couple with love and best wishes. Actor Anupam Kher wrote, “Happy anniversary,” while her Panchayat co-star Sunita Rajwar commented, “Lovely.” Darshan Kumar also reacted to the post and wrote, “Happy anniversary to a beautiful couple.”

For those unaware, Vivek Mehra is a Delhi-based chartered accountant and even owns a holiday home in Mukteshwar. The couple often takes time to spend quality time at the holiday home. Earlier this year, the actress shared an unseen picture from her “simple wedding” ceremony on Instagram. In the picture, the duo can be seen dressed in simple traditional outfits, seated on stools with a priest beside them. One can also spot a young Masaba Gupta standing near the bride and groom.

In the 1980s, the actress dated legendary West Indies cricketer Sir Vivian Richards and had a daughter, Masaba Gupta, out of wedlock. Later, she went on to raise Masaba as a single mother. It was at the age of 50 when Neena Gupta found love again and got married to Vivek Mehra on July 15, 2008.

Neena Gupta is currently enjoying her second successful inning in the industry, with multiple hit projects to her credit. She was last seen in Prime Video’s popular web series, Panchayat Season 3, reprising her role as Manju Devi. The show also features Jitendra Kumar, Faisal Malik, Raghubir Yadav and Chandan Roy, among others, in key roles. The season received a lot of love from fans.

She has also played some phenomenal roles in films like Badhaai Ho, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, Vadh, Uunchai, and Mast Mein Rehna Ka.
