'Game Of Thrones' fans, brace yourselves. Neil Nitin Mukesh is soon going to feature in the popular drama series.
According to a report published in Mumbai Mirror, the actor got the offer from Hollywood action director George Powell, who is coincidentally the stunt director for Suraj Barjatya’s upcoming movie ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’.
While speaking to the tabloid the actor said, “"Greg has directed two sword-fighting sequences in PRDP for which I had to train for over a month in order to get the stance and wrist movements right. He seemed pretty impressed with all the hard work I put in and made the offer when we were shooting for the climax scene a few months ago.”
Neil plays the role of a prince in ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ and his character is very similar in GoT, where he will be seen as an Indian royal.
The stunt director was so much impressed by his dedication in the movie that he offered him a role in HBO’s hit TV series. The actor who has already gone full-monty in Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Jail', has no inhibition in shedding his clothes for ‘Game of Thrones’ as well if his role requires him to do so.
If Mukesh does feature in the series, it will surely give his career a much needed boost.
