June 21 is celebrated as the International Yoga Day around the world. On this occasion, celebrities, political leaders, social media influencers and the common man participated in yoga sessions to raise more awareness about its health benefits. Joining the list are the Chief Minister of Karnataka, Siddaramaiah and Kannada actress Sreeleela. She happily participated in a yoga day special program held at Bellary, Karnataka. She thanked CM Siddaramaiah, who felicitated her with a shawl as a mark of respect. What absolutely sent her fans into a frenzy is the fact that the political figure along with Labour Minister, Santosh Lad clicked a selfie with Sreeleela. The CM also shared the post on Instagram, much to the delight of the actress’ fans.
In the pics, Sreeleela can be seen wearing pristine white attire featuring a white kurti, matching bottom wear and a sheer dupatta. She accessorised herself with a pair of sunglasses and opted for minimal makeup to keep her look subtle. The CM also was seen in a white traditional attire as he performed yoga.

In an interview with media, Sreeleela said, “I have come to Bellary for International Yoga Day. Very happy to be a part of it.” She further added that Suryanamaskar and Pranayam are very important yogas. She also added that she was lucky to share the stage with the Chief Minister of the state. Amid this, she was also asked about the murder allegations against Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, but she chose to stay mum on the issue.
Shri Vachanananda Guru, Shri Vinay Guruji of Gowrigadde, Chief Minister’s Political Secretary K. Govindaraj, MP E Tukaram, MLA SR Srinivas and KMF President Bheema Naik were also at the event.
