Student of The Year 2: Karan Johar Quashes Reports of Ishaan Khatter Featuring With Tiger Shroff In Film

Both Ishaan Khatter and Tiger Shroff have been the center of attraction ever since filmmaker Karan Johar announced his 2 upcoming films Dhadak and Student of The Year 2 starring the two actors.

Quite a few rumours around SOTY 2, which marks the sequel to the much-loved Student of The Year featuring Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan, have been doing the rounds of the internet. But the most read and speculated perhaps was the one which stated the chances of Ishaan's presence in the film.

But Johar took to Twitter to clarify that both the actors will be seen as protagonists in different films. "Ishaan is the lead of #Dhadak directed by @ShashankKhaitan and Tiger Shroff is the Lead of #StudentOfTheYear2 directed by @punitdmalhotra ...all other cross stories floating around are baseless and untrue....," read the tweet.

While Shashank Khaitan's Dhadak marks the Bollywood debut of Ishaan and Sridevi's daughter Jahnvi Kapoor, Punit D Malhotra's SOTY 2 features Tiger as the lead.
