Laila made her acting debut with the 1996 movie Dushman Duniya Ka. She also worked in other popular movies like Naa Hrudayamlo Nidurinche Cheli, Alli Thandha Vaanam, Three Roses, Pithamagan, and War and Love. She is also known for her active social media presence. Recently, on the occasion of Mother’s Day, she dropped an adorable photo with her sons, which is currently garnering everyone’s attention. This Tamil-language spy action-thriller film was written and directed by P S Mithran and produced by S Lakshman Kumar under his production banner, Prince Pictures. The film stars Karthi in a dual role alongside Raashii Khanna, Rajisha Vijayan, Chunky Pandey, Laila, Rithvik, Munishkanth, Avinash, Yugi Sethu, and Balaji Sakthivel in pivotal roles. Sardar received highly positive reviews from critics and the audience and has a worldwide gross of over Rs 103.50 crore, making it one of the top-grossing Tamil films of 2022.
