Triptii Dimri is gearing up for her next release Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video with Rajkummar Rao. The film is all set to clash with Alia Bhatt’s Jigra. Well, ahead of the release, makers have released a song number ‘Mere Mehboob’ which is going viral. Netizens have been trolling the actress for her dance. Recently in a conversation with The Hollywood Reporter, Triptii said that she can’t be good at everything.
Triptii was quoted saying that she’s still a work in progress. “I said, ‘I have to try everything’. But one can’t be good at everything. But what’s wrong in trying? You have to give it your best; you’re here now. I didn’t realise (while shooting). It was my first dance number, I haven’t really done one like this before. And I didn’t think that it would get the kind of response that it’s getting. But it’s fine; it happens to everybody. There are things that people like, there are things that people don’t like. But that doesn’t mean that you stop experimenting,” she said.
“Not really. As an actor, I’m trying to do different things. First, I thought that you only need to know acting to be an actor, and you’re sorted. When things got real, I realised that when you’re offered shows, you should know how to walk properly, when you get offered a dance number, you should know how to dance well…” she further added.
Vicky Aur Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video revolves around a couple whose intimate video gets stolen. The couple records their first night after marriage but things go south when the CD gets stolen. The movie will revolve around this dilemma as the couple tries to find the stolen video. The movie stars Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri in the lead role. Mallika Sherawat, Vijay Raaz, Rakesh Bedi, Archana Puran Singh, Tiku Talsania, and Mukesh Tiwari will also be seen in pivotal roles.
