Bhumi Pednekar and her sister Samiksha Pednekar turned heads at the wrap-up party of Daldal in Mumbai last night. The duo’s presence lit up the party, making it even more exciting and fun than expected. How do we know? Samiksha added a video on her Instagram Stories, giving a glimpse into the party. One of the videos showcased Bhumi Pednekar dancing her heart out on the iconic song Choli Ke Peeche Kya Hai with the cast and crew of her upcoming series, Daldal.

In a white bodycon sleeveless midi dress, Bhumi Pednekar looked smoking hot as she grooved to the beats of the popular dance number. Joined by a bunch of people, the actress seemed to have enjoyed a lot at the party. Along with the clip, Samiksha wrote, “Team Daldal is wild. I think they’ve forgotten that it’s a thriller.” Later, Bhumi also reshared the clip on her Instagram Stories.

In another video that has emerged online, both Bhumi Pednekar and Samiksha Pednekar are seen posing for paparazzi outside the venue. Putting their best fashion choices forward, the duo made sure that they were dressed perfectly for the night. Samiksha was seen wearing an effortlessly chic denim dress with voluminous sleeves. The video perfectly depicted the sister’s bond, capturing their love for each other.

In terms of work, Bhumi Pednekar wrapped up filming for her highly anticipated web series Daldal. Not long ago, she added a post on her Instagram stories, sharing her experience on the sets of Daldal. She wrote, “Hands down one of my most complex characters. Am Nervous! Had the opportunity to work with such sublime actors and creators on the show. We braved the Mumbai monsoon, shot in the toughest conditions,” adding that “Our spirits could never be dampened.”

Daldal is helmed by Amrit Raj Singh. It features Bhumi Pednekar in the role of a cop, as the actress told news agency ANI in an interview a few weeks back. Speaking further on her role, she revealed, “Rita is a super achiever, a glass-ceiling breaker, a rewriter of rules in a man’s world. She is ambitious, ferociously passionate about her job and leads from the front. These are the kinds of women I idolise.”

Bhumi Pednekar’s last film was Bhakshak wherein the actress played a journalist. It is available for streaming on Netflix.
