Marathi actress Tejashri Pradhan celebrated her 36th birthday on June 2. She is considered as one of the leading names in the Marathi entertainment industry, who gained popularity from the shows like Honar Soon Mi Hya Gharchi and Aggabai Sasubai. Tejashri Pradhan made her debut in acting through the television show Hya Gojirvanya Gharat, which was released in 2007. It was followed by her appearance in Tujha Ni Majha Ghar Shrimantacha and then Lek Ladki Hya Gharchi. She made her debut in the Marathi film industry with the film, Zenda, released in 2009.
Her breakthrough role came in the form of the show, Honar Soon Mi Hya Gharchi, premiered in 2013, on the channel Zee Marathi. She was paired with Shashank Ketkar in this Mandar Devsthali, where she played the role of Janhavi Shrirang Gokhale.
As per more reports, Tejashri married her co-star Shashank Ketkar, while the show was going on. The marriage between the two broke apart within a year and they ended up with a divorce.
In an interview, Tejashri Pradhan opened up about her personal life and the turmoil she faced. She said, “When there are ups and downs in someone’s life, we break down, stop, take breaks.” According to her, she dealt with the ups and downs in her life through working. She stated, “I finally explained to myself that if you want to be okay, you have to work. People think I pay more attention to my career.” Speaking further, she expressed her desire to get married, saying she loves a family and wants one.
Talking about her first marriage, she revealed that she wanted to get married badly and took the decision at the age of 24-25 years of age. Now, she wants to get married after she is settled in her life, finds the right time and the right man; someone who respects her.
