At Bipasha and Karan's wedding after-party, Salman Khan arrived fashionably late and was among the last guests to leave the celebration.

Bipasha Basu (now Basu Singh Grover) married Karan Singh Grover on April 30, 2016 and the couple welcomed Devi in November 2022. At Bipasha and Karan’s wedding after-party, Salman Khan, known for his charisma and charm, arrived fashionably late and was among the last guests to leave the celebration. Despite the late hour, he maintained his charming demeanour, engaging with guests and the paps. During a brief interaction with the media, Salman jokingly fielded questions about his own marital status. Bipasha, joining in the banter, also teased Salman about marriage. Bipasha mentioned her biggest wish was fulfilled because Salman Khan attended her wedding, joking that he was even joining them on their honeymoon!

Salman, looking happy, wished the couple well. He also added a note of caution, saying, He also however had a word of slight caution to add. “Jodi bahut achhi hai aur I hope yeh jodi tike yeh important hai tikna. (The couple looks great together, and I hope their relationship stays strong).

Bipasha and Karan’s relationship and wedding were widely talked about in 2016. There was buzz about Bipasha supposedly getting a Rs 10 crore flat from Salman Khan as a gift, which she finds ridiculous. She’s just glad Salman attended the wedding, considering it a big present in itself. “It was ridiculous. Why would Salman gift me house, that too costing 10 crore?” Bipasha had said. But the actor was “happy” that Salman attended her wedding. “That was a big present in itself,” she said.

Karan and Bipasha welcomed their daughter, Devi, in 2022. In a conversation with Neha Dhupia on Instagram Live last year, Bipasha had spoken about Devi. She had said, “I remember the third month, when we went for the scan, I pretty much did all the research, met surgeons, had been to hospitals, spoken to doctors, and I was kind of ready, Karan was not ready. I knew that she had to be okay and I knew that she will be okay. And she is okay now. But the tough decision was to get your child operated at the right place and at the right time.”
