Ranbir Kapoor has left everyone completely impressed with his recent release – Animal. The film has been getting an overwhelming response from critics and audiences alike. The film has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark in only two days since its release. Netizens are not only talking about the gripping storyline of the film but also the interesting characters played by the stellar star cast, including Triptii Dimri. The actress has now expressed that she would love to collaborate with Ranbir Kapoor again.
Pinkvilla quoted her as saying in an interview, “It was amazing working with Ranbir Kapoor. The fact that he’s such a warm and welcoming human, apart from being a great actor, speaks a lot about him.” She further added, “It feels fantastic to see the amount of love audiences are showering on our chemistry. I hope we collaborate again in the future.”
In the film, Triptii plays the character of Zoya. Soon after the film was released, an image of her scene with Ranbir Kapoor went viral on social media. In the viral image, both actors could be seen lying on a bed, with Ranbir resting his head on Tripti’s stomach in what appeared to be a post-coital scene. Triptii was shown covering her breasts with her hands.
Earlier this week, it was reported that the Central Board of Film Certification gave the film an Adults Only (A) certificate and asked director Sandeep Reddy Vanga to make five changes. One of the changes they had asked the team to make was to reduce the length of the intimate scenes. In the certificate leaked online, one of the pointers read, “Modified the intimate visuals of Vijay and Zoya by deleting the close-up shots at TCR 02:28:37.”
Animal is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and revolves around a father and son’s toxic relationship. While Anil Kapoor plays the emotionally unavailable father, Ranbir plays the role of the traumatised, angry son. The film also features Rashmika Mandanna and Bobby Deol in key roles.
