The pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika Merchant, daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant, are taking place in Gujarat’s Jamnagar. This star-studded event features performances by many Indian and international artists. Among the distinguished guests are several Bollywood celebrities, including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Kiara Advani, Akshay Kumar and Aditya Roy Kapur, who have all gathered in Jamnagar to partake in this special and grand occasion. Diljit Dosanjh also performed at the bash.
Back in 2019, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kiara Advani shared the screen space together for the first time in Good Newwz and delivered spectacular numbers at the box office. Apart from being a commercial hit, fans and critics also praised the duo’s on-screen energy. It starred Akshay Kumar, Kareena, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara in lead roles and revolved around two couples’ tryst with in vitro fertilization. Akshay, however, didn’t join them on the stage.
At the wedding, Kiara Advani and Kareena Kapoor joined Diljit for an impromptu dance. Kiara took to Instagram Stories to share a clip of their performance and wrote, “Good News reunion (missing Akshay sir).”
In another video, Diljit fanboyed over Kareena and also had her grooving to his song Proper Patola. The video began with Diljit praising Kareena. He said in Punjabi, “There might be Beyonce and there might be Rihanna but we have her,” leaving her blushing. He then proceeded to sing Proper Patola for her while Saif Ali Khan stood with them. At first, Kareena appeared hesitant to dance but then, she got into the groove and was seen doing a few thumkas as Diljit and Saif cheered her on. Diljit shared the video with the caption, “Queen @kareenakapoorkhan King #saifalikhan.”
