Not only on screen, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan remains actively engaged in addressing critical societal concerns. At a recent event in Mumbai, the L’Oreal Paris’ Stand Up Against Street Harassment, the actress delivered a compelling message. During her appearance on the red carpet, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan took a strong stance against street harassment, an issue that affects both genders. As the global beauty brand’s ambassador, she encouraged individuals to intervene when they witness or experience any form of harassment.
“On behalf of L’Oreal Paris family, I thank you for being here, it’s an important event because it talks about a very important issue of street harassment against women, but I think it holds true for both genders. What’s important is that people feel safe and protected. L’Oreal Paris is working with Right To Be an NGO that is looking to end harassment of all forms and they have the Stand Up program against street harassment,” she said.
