Allu Arjun Shares 'Rare Beautiful Moment' With Wife, SS Rajamouli, DSP After National Award Win
Allu Arjun created history by winning the Best Actor award for his performance in Pushpa: The Rise.

A day after receiving the National Award in New Delhi, Allu Arjun took to his Instagram handle and dropped a series of pictures to celebrate the ‘memorable day’. In one of the photos, The Pushpa star was seen taking a selfie with the love of his life Sneha Reddy. He also shared pictures of his parents arriving at the Vigyan Bhawan. “Memorable Day with my most favourite people,” Allu Arjun wrote.

In another post, Allu Arjun was seen hugging music composer DSP as the two also shared a hearty laugh. In the caption, the Telugu star penned down a heartwarming note for his ‘childhood friend’ and wrote, “Very memorable to receive it along with my childhood friend , my music director, my well wisher & my cheer leader . Soo glad we received our first together . From Chennai roads to Delhi auditorium … it’s a 25 years journey .”

Besides this, Allu Arjun also shared a group picture in which he was seen posing with all the National Award winners from the Telugu film industry. The photo also featured SS Rajamouli. In the caption, Allu Arjun called it a ‘rare beautiful moment’.

Allu Arjun won the Best Actor award for his performance in Pushpa: The Rise. The actor made history with the win, becoming the first Telugu actor to bring home the National Award for Best Acting. Ahead of the ceremony, Allu Arjun spoke to the media when he said, “I am extremely happy I am receiving this award, and receiving it for a commercial film is a double achievement for me personally.” Apart from winning the Best Actor category, Pushpa also brought home the award for Best Music Director (Songs).

Meanwhile, Allu Arjun is currently working on the sequel of his blockbuster movie Pushpa 2: The Rule. Earlier this year, Allu Arjun shared his first-look poster of Pushpa 2 in which he was seen dressed in a saree with his face painted in shades of blue and red. He also sported bangles, jewellery, a nose pin and jhumkas. Pushpa 2 will hit theatres in August next year.
