Football Transfer News September 12: Kerala Blasters have reportedly secured the signing of A-League forward Gary Hooper from Wellington Phoenix, The Bridge reports. Earlier, Odisha FC announced the signing of defender Jacob Tratt on a one-year deal. Meanwhile, Jose Luis Espinosa, or Tiri, returns to Kolkata to join ATK Mohun Bagan.
