Hillary Clinton recently made a rare appearance at the 79th annual Venice International Film Festival on Wednesday, and the news has been making quite some noise on the internet these days. Known for her sophisticated style statements, she has once again impressed fans with her look on the red carpet. The former US Secretary of State was present for the premiere of Noah Baumbach’s film White Noise and is being praised for her choice of clothes that kept her look comfortable, yet classy.
She went with a dress that perfectly suited the late-summer vibes of August-end and made it clear with her appearance that comfortable can look stylish too. She wore an airy, powder-blue full-length sheer kaftan dress and opted for white flats, a surprising departure from her formal wear like power pantsuits. The ‘Rothy’s’ shoes went well with her overall ensemble and her minimal makeup looked effortless. The simple design work near the neckline and a couple of clear bangles added elegance to her look and her flowy dress kept the easy-breezy vibe in check.
She accessorized her look with silver studs and a necklace with her grandson Jasper’s name engraved. It seems as if Clinton has a liking for caftans since she wore one on a previous occasion as well. Take a look:
She was also seen at a Met Gala event this year, which she attended for the first time in two decades.
She exuded royalty in her red Altuzarra gown embroidered with the names of American women she admired, including Harriet Tubman, Madeleine K. Albright, Abigail Adams, Eleanor Roosevelt and Clara Barton. She was also reported as saying in the event’s live stream that she could’ve filled the entire dress.

After attending the premiere, she was also present at the 13th annual DVF (Diane von Furstenberg) Awards in Venice, wearing a printed orange long shirt and black pants with minimum accessories this time.
