While Australia are back to full-strength for the ODIs against India, the hosts have decided to rest the likes of Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya for the first two ODIs.
The trio will return for the third ODI, while KL Rahul will be leading the side. Ravichandran Ashwin makes his comeback in the Indian team having last played an ODI back in January 2022, while Axar Patel is set to miss the first ODIs with an injury he sustained during the Asia Cup final.
