Royal Enfield Bobber 350 Spotted Testing, To Come With Pillion Seat Accessory
Royal Enfield's 350cc lineup grows with the sleek Bobber 350, featuring unique design elements and a distinctive exhaust note.

Following the launch of the Bullet 350, Royal Enfield plans to offer a new 350cc motorbike. The 350cc Royal Enfield portfolio now includes the Classic, Meteor, Hunter, and the recently announced new-generation Bullet.

The Bobber 350 will be the sixth model in the 350cc lineup from the Chennai-based bikemaker. This motorcycle’s test mules have already been sighted on a few times recently.

A new prototype of the Bobber 350 was captured recently, revealing a few additional elements. The most notable feature is the pillion seat, which appears to be an additional element. The Jawa Perak and 42 Bobber, for example, are bobber-style motorcycles designed exclusively for the rider.

Royal Enfield Bobber 350: Design

The pillion seat’s structure, with no visible support beneath it, suggests that it will be supplied as an accessory. Other aesthetic characteristics of the Bobber 350 include unusually tall handlebars that are pushed back somewhat towards the rider. The bike offers a comfortable lean back riding stance, but not like a full-fledged cruiser, thanks to forward-set footpegs.

Another notable feature is an all-new exhaust silencer that has not previously been seen on any Enfield model. This means that the exhaust tone of the Bobber 350 will be distinct from the rest of the 350cc series. In addition, the LED units appear to be used for the taillight and rear turn indicators.

Along with an LED headlamp, the Bobber 350 might include a twin-pod instrument console with Tripper Navigation. But, based on Royal Enfield’s present pattern, navigation might be supplied as an addon rather than a standard equipment.

Royal Enfield Bobber 350: Features

In terms of features, the Bobber 350 is likely to have USB charging, a semi-digital instrument panel, and Turn-by-Turn navigation as an option. It will have the same foundation as its existing 350cc siblings.

Royal Enfield Bobber 350: Engine

The Bobber 350 will be powered by the same 349cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that powers other 350cc Enfields. This engine produces 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm of peak torque and is connected to a 5-speed gearbox. However, for the Bobber 350, this engine might be supplied with a slightly different tune and mapping.

Reports state that Royal Enfield might make an official announcement before the end of 2023, and we anticipate the Bobber 350 will cost more than Rs 2 lakh (ex-showroom). It will most likely be the only Bobber bike in the 350 class. However, there would be several additional possibilities with comparable engine capacity.
