New Delhi: All the bail pleas in connection with the 2G spectrum allocation scam case will be taken up on October 17-18.
The pleas will be heard after the charges against the accused are framed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
The court was on Monday slated to hear the bail applications of A Raja's former secretary R K Chandolia and five others in connection with the scam.
Bail pleas of Swan Telecom promoter Shahid Balwa and Cineyug Films director Karim Morani were also scheduled to come up for the hearing.
The CBI had on September 26 filed additional charge under Indian Penal Code Section 409, which invokes a life imprisonment penalty, against all the 17 accused arrested in the 2G scam.
Kumar said in the court that he wanted an undertaking from the CBI that investigations were over and no fresh charges would be brought in. The court has given time till October 7 to all the 17 accused to reply to the additional charge.
