New Delhi: After Union Minister Shashi Tharoor's tweets raised controversies and rebuke from his party, his Officer on Special Duty (OSD) has now angered the Congress by referring in his Twitter post to some newspaper articles containing comments against External Affairs Minister S M Krishna.

Joseph Jacob's action of posting an anti-S M Krishna link on his Twitter page has upset the party, which on Saturday asked Government officials to maintain decorum.

"Those in Government jobs should maintain decorum...anybody who is serving in the government as an employee or an officer should not comment adversely against any minister or any high-up in the administration," party Spokesperson Shakeel Ahmed told reporters.

He was reacting to queries regarding posting of links of newspaper articles by Jacob, which reportedly questioned Krishna's reprimand to Tharoor for expressing his dissenting voice on the new visa policy on Twitter a few days back.

Jacob, for Tharoor, the Minister of State for External Affairs, had a few months ago put pictures of Tharoor travelling in economy class on his Twitter page soon after his controversial "cattle class" remark during the austerity drive of Congress.
