New Delhi: In a major relief for Congress General Secretary Digvijaya Singh, the CBI on Wednesday gave him a clean chit in the 2008 Indore land allotment case.
The CBI said that there was no evidence against Digvijaya. He was accused of flouting the laws to allot land to Treasure Island shopping complex in Indore.
The Economic Offence Wing (EOW) has already given him a clean chit in the case.
