Has Kumar Lost 'Vishwas' in Kejriwal? His Latest Video Suggests So
“We are too busy chanting `Modi, Modi... Arvind, Arvind... Rahul, Rahul... Modi raj aa gaya, Yogi raj aa gaya... AK raj aa gaya...”

New Delhi: A video uploaded by AAP leader Kumar Vishwas on social media indirectly questions Arvind Kejriwal’s defence of those under the corruption scanner, hinting at a rift in the party.

In the video, Vishwas also questions the appeasement of political leaders, saying important issues are being drowned out by chants of “Modi, Modi and Arvind, Arvind”.

“We are too busy chanting `Modi, Modi... Arvind, Arvind... Rahul, Rahul... Modi raj aa gaya, Yogi raj aa gaya... AK raj aa gaya...”

In the video, Vishwas also touched upon the Kashmir issue and condemned the “humiliation” of jawans in the Valley, a reference to a recent video that showed a protester kicking a soldier in the shin.

The AAP government has been accused of making arbitrary appointments to plum posts, a charge denied by Kejriwal, who has termed it as a “witch-hunt”.

Vishwas’s video assumes significance in the wake of the Rajouri Garden bypoll debacle, where the party even lost the deposit. AAP's Harjeet Singh managed to get only 10,243 votes, less than one-sixth of the total votes polled.

The party said that MLA Jarnail Singh’s move to Punjab had angered the voters, a defence that has not gone down well with the journalist-turned-politician.

Jarnail, who shot to fame for hurling a shoe at former finance minister P Chidambaram, said while it was the party's decision to field him in Punjab, it should also go for a deep and honest introspection.
