155. Huzur is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Bhopal Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Huzur falls in Bhopal district and Malwa North region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,96,391 voters in the seat, which includes 1,55,505 male voters, and 1,40,872 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Huzur recorded a voter turnout of 69.68%. In 2013 the turnout was 65.19%, and in 2008 it was 64.07%.
In 2013, Rameshwar Sharma of BJP won the seat by a margin of 59,604 votes (35.81%). Rameshwar Sharma secured 65.48% of the total votes polled.
BJP won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 16,980 votes (15.5%), registering 36.72% of the total votes polled.
