Ayodhya: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) on Wednesday asserted that a grand temple will be constructed at the disputed Ram Janmabhoomi site in Ayodhya “at any cost”.
“Whether it is BJP or any other party's government at the Centre, it will not affect the temple cause,” VHP General Secretary, Praveen Togadia asserts.
A grand Ram temple will be constructed at any cost as it is associated with the sentiments of millions of Hindus, Togadia says.
“The Ayodhya case is pending before the court and I am confident that the judgment will be in favour of the Hindus,” he adds.
Togadia explains the third Vishwa Hindu Sammelan on the banks of the Ganga from February 11 will be attended by Hindus from one lakh villages and 100 delegates from abroad.
Meanwhile, the two-day meeting of the 'Kendriya Marg Darshak Mandal' would take place on January 14 and 15 in the Ardh Kumbh Mela area, while the 'Dharam Sansad' will sit on January 16 and 17, he informs.
“At the sammelan we will give shape to the temple movement,” he confirms.
