Congress stormed to power in Mizoram, Rajasthan and Delhi.
The Congress on Monday stormed back to power in Mizoram and was on its way to wresting Rajasthan while scoring a hat-trick in Delhi. Meanwhile, the BJP appeared all set to retain power in Madhya Pradesh, leading in 124 seats out of the 209.
