The Enforcement Directorate on Tuesday had issued a notice to Congress chief Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra's company in connection with its money laundering probe in a land deal in Rajasthan's Bikaner district.
Priyanka Gandhi, wife of Robert Vadra on Wednesday acknowledged the receipt of the Enforcement Directorate's notice to Vadra's company in Bikaner.
Speaking to media persons, Priyanka Gandhi said that they received the notice on Wednesday. "We received it today (Wednesday) but you received it a day before (Tuesday). Apparently, we received it at 4 PM today (Wednesday) but you received it a day before", she said.
The ED asked Ms Skylight Hospitality to produce before the Investigating Officer by June 24 certain documents related to the Bikaner land scam.
Official sources said the notice has been issued to the firm under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
