The actor is none other than Subramaniyan Karuppaiya, who is popularly known by his stage name Goundamani. He is well-known for his humorous acting pair roles in Tamil films alongside Senthil. In the 1980s and 1990s, the two comedians ruled the Tamil entertainment industry.
