Marathi actor Sanjay Patil and his wife Aboli Gokhale welcomed a baby girl in their lives, on the auspicious occasion of Holi. The couple took to their official Instagram handle to share the good news. They posted a heartwarming photo of their newborn daughter’s tiny hands, gripping her mother’s finger, as her father’s palm protects them both. Captioned in Marathi, the words roughly translate to, “Holi Purnima was celebrated yesterday. Celebrations of the gojiri fairy came into our life. It’s a baby girl!!”

Last month in February, the actor announced his wife’s pregnancy through a series of photos from their baby shower celebration. Aboli wore a traditional Marathi look, adorning herself with flowers on her wrists, ears and neck, while Sanjay looked handsome in a pink-hued, printed kurta.

Sanjay Patil and Aboli Gokhale tied the knot on March 28, 2022. The intimate ceremony was attended by Sukh Mhanje Nakki Kay Asta cast, which included the lead Girija Prabhu, Maadhavi Nemkar, and Kapil Honrao.
