Google Pixel XL 2017 Image Reveals a Bezel-less 6-Inch AMOLED Display
The next-generation Google Pixel XL is poised to come with a sharper look than before, with a 6-inch AMOLED display made by LG.

The second generation of Google Pixel XL has been one of the most highly anticipated smartphone releases of 2017. Now the internet is again buzzing with the name as certain pictures of the device are dong the rounds. As per the pictures, the Google Pixel XL – 2 or Google Pixel XL 2017 (code named – Taimen) will sport a sharper look as compared to its predecessor. Sources confirm the rumours that the Pixel device is manufactured by LG. If these images from sources are to be believed, the Google Pixel XL 2017 version will carry a 6-inch AMOLED display made by LG that will hold a 2:1 aspect ratio. The bezels of the smartphone have also been drastically reduced and the device now looks to be sharper than before. Though the next Google Pixel XL will not sport a curved screen, the 3D glass effect on the smartphone looks to be equally profound.

The fingerprint scanner on the smartphone has been shifted outside the top glass window, which by the way, has been shortened in length. Sadly, the image does not show anything about any 3.5mm audio jack, and it is not clear whether Google will opt for one or not.

A not-so-common feature that Google may embed in its next flagship smartphone is a squeeze-to-action frame just like the one on HTC U11. All the information from the sources is limited to the larger of the Google Pixel devices to be launched in this year. Also, no confirmation on the price, the launch date or even the name of the smartphone is present as of now. The final device might have slight changes in some small elements than the ones shown in the image.
