New Delhi: Adding new smartphones to the R7 series, Oppo has launched two new smartphones - the R7 Plus and R7 Lite - which have a metal uni-body design. The Oppo R7 Plus is priced at Rs 29,990, while the R7 Lite carries a price tag of Rs 17,990.
The Oppo R7 Plus runs on Android 5.1-Lollipop based ColorOS 2.1 and features a 6-inch full HD Super AMOLED display. It sports a 13 megapixel rear and an 8 megapixel front camera. The 4G phone has dual SIM slots and SD card support of upto 128 GB. The phone is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core 64-bit processor paired with 3GB of RAM. It is packed with a 4100 mAh battery.
The Oppo R7 Plus features a touch-type fingerprint sensor at the back which is claimed to have a higher recognition rate than traditional slide-based fingerprint sensors.
On the other hand, the OPPO R7 Lite has a 5-inch Super AMOLED display. It is also a 4G phone with two SIM slots. Running on ColorOS 2.1, the phone includes a 2320 mAh battery and has a 1.3GHz octa-core processor under the hood. The smartphone offers 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
The Oppo R7 Plus will be available in India from September 25 and the R7 Lite from September 10.
